The Worthys

Due to the huge increase in our local Party’s popularity over the last few years, for 2023 we are able to field candidates in all 16 of the vacant wards.

2022 saw our greatest success to date when the residents of Central Meon Valley ward elected Malcolm Wallace to become Winchester’s first ever Green Councillor.

All over the country, both in elections last May and by-elections since, the Green Party has grown from strength to strength with massive gains in various Councils. Unlike other Party’s our Leaders do not tell us how to vote, they tell us to vote for what is best for the community and it’s people.

In the last year Cllr. Malcolm Wallace has proved that a ‘Green in the Room’ does make a difference, No more are we the ‘also rans’, we are a Party proving ourselves to be the future voice for all.
