Winchester Green Party was convened in March 2008 and has fought in the local elections every year since.
Members meet regularly on the first Wednesday of every month, from 7.30 to 9.30pm at the University of Winchester. Unfortunately the rooms change several times this year as you can see in this table:

Riding Sunbeams – community energy back on track? At Winchester Discovery Centre, Jewry Street starting at 7pm until about 8.30pm.
The Boardroom and Winton Building 3 are within the King Alfred Quarter at Sparkford Road corner Burma Road, SO22 4SB.

Winton Building - main central building in the university, pass reception and head for entrance of the old building, first room on the right with the windows on the right to the entrance door)
The University of Winchester Business School is in the West Down Campus on Romsey road oposite the County Arms Pub.
Each meeting includes a talk and discussion around topics including education, the green economy, local Winchester issues and national Green Party policy.
This is a great opportunity if you have not been to any meetings before, to meet and find out about your local Green Party and we're happy to chat about gardening and not politics for a change!
