The current County councillor for Bishops Waltham district has stepped down triggering a ‘snap’ by-election which will be held on Thursday 31st October. The division covers a wide area including Bramdean to the North, Colden Common to the West and Durley to the South. See map below for boundary.
We have selected a fantastic local candidate Alex Ellis who lives in Colden Common in the heart of the community and is one of our most hardworking members.
The Green party WON the most recent county by-election which was held last May and Malcolm Wallace was elected as the only Green on Hampshire County council and he is working hard to make a real difference. Now we want to mount a challenge here too!
