The County Council By-Election was only called at the last minute. This in turn meant a huge effort by our Volunteers to ensure the residents were well informed of our abilities by distributing leaflets and canvassing.
With so many new homes being built in Whiteley, the task was a challenge, but we succeeded with time to spare.
In the previous 2021 election Malcolm Wallace came second to the Conservatives with the LibDems following closely behind.
To win this seat, it goes to show the impact Malcolm has had in his role as District Councillor for Winchester.
Rest assured he will give his all to represent his constituants, especially now when politics in general is quite volatile.
